1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Priceless Sugar Rush website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Orders and Cancellations

All custom cake and catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a partial refund.

3. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we offer gluten-free and nut-free options, our kitchen processes nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies must exercise caution.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
